Programme Objective

This practical workshop will provide you valuable insights on the impending amendments to the Companies Act, ACRA Act, and the new Corporate Services Provider Bill (“CSP Bill”) expected to be passed in early 2024, and its impact on Corporate Service Providers (CSPs). The expert speakers will discuss the practical challenges faced by CSPs in the rapidly changing regulatory landscape and how you can effectively address them.

Additionally, the speakers will specifically focus on recent regulatory enforcement actions arising from Anti-Money-Laundering (“AML”) investigations and discuss the relevant AML compliance and due diligence obligations faced by Accountants and CSPs pursuant to EP200 and Registered Filing Agent (“RFA”) guidelines.
