Programme Outline

In collaboration with KNAV, the webinar is crafted specifically for professionals tackling the intricacies of intellectual property (IP) valuation in today’s fast-paced tech landscape. Intellectual property which includes patents, technology, and proprietary software plays a pivotal role in defining a company's value in today’s business environment, particularly for enterprises driven by technology and innovation. IP provides a competitive advantage, often making it one of the key drivers of value for a business.

In addition, we will explore various structured methods for IP valuation that align with International Valuation Standards (IVS) and highlights how AI-driven technology are impacting IP values. The webinar will also address the distinct challenges and emerging opportunities that AI presents in the IP’s value.

Upon completion of the webinar, the participants will gain a better understanding on assessing the worth of IP in this AI-empowered era. We will also share the insights on the adoption of Intangibles Disclosure Framework (IDF) in Singapore which has been introduced by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
