As this class places strong emphasis on the hands-on experience, you will be working with data for the majority of the time in the class. To optimize the learning experience, it is mandatory for all participants to be equipped with a windows laptop, pre-installed with Microsoft Excel 2019, 2021, 365 (full licence) or any latest version.
A dashboard is a single-screen report that provides a high-level overview of key business data to helping organizations monitor progress and make timely informed decisions. It usually comprises of various charts, tables, and visualizations that are pleasing to the eye and easy to interpret. Typically includes charts, tables and visualisations that are clear, interactive and easy to interpret.
Excel is a powerful tool for building dashboards, allowing quick analysis and visualization without sifting through large datasets features, such as PivotTables and Slicers, enable users to filter, drill down and uncover deeper insights efficiently.
This workshop equips learners with the essential skills to create dynamic and interactive dashboards using tools such as PivotTable, PivotChart, Power Query, Power Pivot and conditional formatting. Learners will create their own dashboards to apply the skills in confidence.
