Accitius is a name coined from two Latin words
Accuratus – in Latin means “accurate, exact, with care, meticulous, carefully performed and prepared”
Citius – in Latin means “swiftly, quicker”

Cassandra is one of our founders and is an Executive Director of Accitius. She has more than 20 years of experience with large, established and small, start-up organizations. Extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Hands-on leader with proven success working with operations in developing processes and procedures designed to improve profitability, efficiency and growth. She is Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore with Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA), an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax and GST) with Singapore Chartered Tax Professional (SCTP), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA) under ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement.
Steven is one of our founders and is a Non-executive Director of Accitius. With his vast experience, he acts as an adviser to Accitius. Steven has more than 30 years of experience in the area of finance, accounting and commercial. He was Chief Financial Officer to several companies including three listed companies on the Singapore Exchange Limited including one of which he has successfully brought the company to an initial public offering (“IPO”). Steven has undertaken several mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) and fund raising exercises through out his career. His experiences also includes fund accounting and fund administration engagements. He is Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore with Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore. He is also a CVA Charter holder with the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore. He is also a member with the Singapore Institute of Directors.
