ISCA PBA Programme

The ISCA PBA Programme will be launched in phases. Participants who sign up for the PBA programme during the Phase 1 launch will have the following modules to complete within 6 months. More information can be obtained via the ISCA PBA programme. Further modules will be released sometime in 2020 and participants who have enrolled for Phase 1 launch will be notified of the additional modules at a later date, in 2020.

Purchase Instructions

(1) Login to your ISCA user account, then click onto the “Continue” button below.

(2) Select all the available compulsory courses and click onto the “Add Selected Courses” button (there should be 6 entries). Once this is done, click onto the “Next” button.

(3) Choose 1 of your preferred Ethics modules of your choice, and click onto the “Add Selected Courses” button. (Note: It should not be an ethics course you have done recently within the past year.)

(4) Click onto the “Next” button. You should be able to view all the modules to be purchased before checking out of the shopping cart and make the payment.

Terms and Conditions

For ISCA PBA Programme Registration 
All other discounts, promotions and funding application (i.e. SkillsFuture credit, UTAP, SSG funding) are not applicable to courses enrolled under the ISCA PBA Programme. 

Cancellation / Deferment / Switch / Replacement of Participant

There will be strictly NO cancellation, deferment, switch of courses and/or participant replacement once the participant is successfully enrolled for the ISCA PBA Programme. 


There will be STRICTLY no refunds for non-utilisation.
