Board Of Directors (BOD) Masterclass Programme - Foreign Based Users

The Board of Directors (BOD) Masterclass Programme, jointly organised by ISCA and SAC Capital, is one of the training programmes set out in Practice Note 2.3 of the SGX Mainboard Rules and Practice Note 4D of the SGX Catalist Rules for First-time directors to fulfil the mandatory training requirements.

This programme is made up of 19 hours Recorded E-learning Modules and 13 hours In-person Director Masterclasses.  At the end of the Programme, the participants will receive a certificate of completion and is able to record up to 32 learning hours.
