Regardless of which organisation, line of industry or profession you are working, you have to learn how to negotiate in order to get what you want and what you need from your external clients and your internal clients (i.e. your internal stakeholders a.k.a. the decision makers).  In essence you need to convince people, whether you are working for your organisation as an employee or you are a business owner.  The question is how to increase your winning ratio and get a “Yes” from your internal and external clients consistently.
 
Over the past decade, many organisations have increasingly turned to personality profiling as the solutions with mixed results. Over 60% of companies use personality typing programs to type their people, trusting that these proven tests will get the desired increases. Unfortunately, these programs often fail to deliver. That’s because it’s not the personality of your people that matters; it is the personality of the internal and external clients that matters.

• Define the 4 B.A.N.K.™ personality types and the 12 values associated with each one. 
 
• See why opposites attract and attack, and how to turn the differences around.
 
• Learn basic communication tips for each personality type for all your personal and professional relationships.
 
• Demonstrate how to leverage the B.A.N.K. methodology to get the best out of every relationship.
 
• Identify at least 3 communication and connection tips for each of the 4 personality types.
 
• Individually, summarize how your communication skills can improve and how you can get a “Yes” from your internal and external clients more often.
