Translation Talent Development Scheme (TTDS) Translation Talent Development Scheme (TTDS) is a co-sponsorship grant that supports full-time Singaporean translation and interpretation practitioners (including freelancers) with at least three years of relevant professional experience to further their capabilities and attain mastery of their skills.
