Accountants are often mocked as boring and uninspiring bean counters. Commonly stereotyped as predictable, they are stickler for analysis and routines. They are trained to be left brained – logical, sequential and detailed. Contrary to popular beliefs, creativity can be natured. Accountants can be creative if they acquire the right creative thinking skills. This experiential workshop opens up the world’s most powerful, portable and creative computer ever created – your brain. It will teach you how switch from your left logical brain to your right creative brain. When you apply creative techniques, life in the accounting profession will be dull again!

Training Methodology

Lecturettes, creativity mini-projects, presentation, creative games and puzzles. Baroque music will be played and videos of creative commercial applications will be screened.

Michael is currently an associate faculty instructor in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship with UniSIM.

A wordsmith in his spare time, Michael is the bestselling author of "I Once Wore Diapers”, “No Failure; Only Success Delayed”, “Who Broke My Rice Bowl?” and “From Beggars to Millionaires”. The first book is translated into 4 languages. He is a regular contributor in management to Recruit, Straits Times.
