  2. Format for Business Writing replies
  3. Use more  “feel good” courteous tone and words in responses
  4. Avoid negative words when writing
  5. Samples and specimens of accounting writing to public
  6. Saying “No” tacfully using 4 Rs with examples
  7. Effective closings using S-R-S with worksheets

 
BRUSH UP YOUR GRAMMAR and WORD CHOICE

  1. Correct usage and grammar
  2. Singular and Plural versions
  3. Correct use of tenses
  4. Selective rules of grammar
  5. Past and past perfect tenses
  6. Prepositions untangled
  7. Commonly confused words
  8. Correct the punctuation and grammar errors
