Programme Overview

Being the best one can be is an ideal that has become the focus of our competitive culture today. Slogans such as “Be all that you can be” and “Just do it” epitomize this emphasis on achieving one’s personal and professional best. We try to be excellent workers, colleagues, friends, spouses and parents all at the same time. This program is designed to enable participants to learn and apply key concepts and techniques to become more effective hence excellent at work, home or any areas of our lives. Besides focusing on individual assessment, group problem solving approaches are also integral to the program’s success.

•          Personal Excellence from the inside out
•          A journey of a paradigm shifts
 
Develop Excellence in Communication
•          The 3Vs of Excellence in communication
•          Be an effective listener
•          Understanding different personality styles in communication
•          Strategies to manage relationships at work
 
Set personal SMART goals
•          Practise prioritizing life events
•          Formulate a practical personal action plan
•          Inspire motivation and commitment to your goals

Training Methodology

Bite-sized lecture, role play, individual exercises, group discussions and presentation, video clips, interactive activities
