ISCA is kick starting our Mental Wellness webinar series for 2022! Join in the conversation virtually as an expert speaker is featured, to be followed by a personality speaker on mental health topics close to our daily lives.

The first expert sharing session to set us in motion is on healthy eating and its relationship with wellbeing. Is there a connection between food and mood?

In this presentation, our speaker, Maya Rolston, from Pure Fitness, will discuss how mindful eating can support you in making nutritional choices, to optimise your physical and mental health, and help remove the common barriers to achieving your health goals. With the fast-paced lifestyle that many professionals face today, food and alcohol can easily become a central focus, with exercise, sleep and healthy eating habits sometimes left on the backburner.
