Glen is the Managing Partner of Tandem-X, a Management Consulting Firm focused on Tandem Executing projects with clients.

He has led Business Turnaround, Transformation & Change Management projects Internationally for 25 years, across multiple industries from: Consumer & Professional Services to Industrial & Manufacturing.

He has held leadership appointments, working & living in the United States, Singapore, China & the Middle East. His strength is in connecting the dots from Commercial to Operations to Financials, then designing end-to-end business processes, structures & compliance systems for organizations.

Certified as a LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Glen combines Business Transformation with Change Management, while developing High Potential Leaders. This was evidenced while he was the Regional Transformation Leader for APMEA at Nielsen.

During his stint as the Regional Chief Operating Officer of Nielsen, he was responsible for the Business Transformation & Turnaround of 14 countries in the Middle East & Africa.


Other prior roles included the General Manager of a 1,600 strong manufacturing plant, the Quality & LEAN Six Sigma Director for 5 plants in China for Flex, a Corporate Auditor for General Electric (GE) & the Global Order Fulfilment for Dell’s plants & contract manufacturers in Asia Pacific Japan.
