Programme Outline
Recent U.S. tariff measures are significantly impacting global supply chains, affecting businesses across all sectors, including those not directly engaged in international trade. These changes are disrupting value chains, complicating procurement, logistics, and sales performance, while increasing legal and contractual risks.
In this session, Professor Jesudevan Viveganandam, an expert on global trade policy and regulatory strategy, will explore the broader business implications of these tariffs. He will offer practical insights to help organizations identify indirect risks, enhance commercial operations, and build operational resilience. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how tariffs affect customer expectations, supplier relationships, delivery timelines, and legal obligations, along with strategies to effectively navigate this volatile environment.
