Felic Setiawan – Transfer Pricing Partner, GNV Consulting Services
Felic is a Transfer Pricing Partner at GNV Consulting and a licensed transfer pricing practitioner holding the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (Transfer Pricing Module), issued by the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Felic graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Before joining GNV Consulting, Felic gained extensive experience working at two of the Big 4 firms, Deloitte and EY, in Indonesia, specializing in transfer pricing for over 15 years. During this time, Felic played a pivotal role in the establishment and development of transfer pricing teams within these firms.
Throughout Felic’s professional career, he has been involved in a wide array of transfer pricing engagements, including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, the facilitation of tax-effective supply chain transformations, and the management of transfer pricing audits and dispute resolutions such as objection and appeal cases. Felic has also handled unilateral and bilateral Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA) applications, as well as Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) applications
