This course goes beyond technicalities  of FRSs to highlight the critical role of ethics, governance, and professional judgment in key financial reporting areas. Through real-world case studies, role-play exercises, and scenario analysis, participants will explore how governance and ethics intersect with FRSs to shape corporate decision-making, strengthen stakeholder trust and safeguard financial integrity.
