He previously held senior leadership roles at Asia Pacific Management Centre (now Kaplan Higher Education), PSD Group, and later founded Global Search Partners, building it into a leading regional recruitment firm. A Colombo Plan Scholar, André holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Western Australia, an MBA from the University of Leicester, and professional certifications in training and development.
