It is mandatory for all participants to be equipped with a laptop (Microsoft OS, Windows 10, 4 gig ram, i5 core), pre-installed with either Microsoft Excel 2010, 2013, 2016 (full licence) or any latest version, to optimise the learning experience. If you have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription, you will need to have a locally installed Excel 365 application in your PC or laptop. Macros cannot be executed when the workbook containing them is opened in Excel online. Also, kindly note that Mac Excel version has limited Excel functionality.

This course focuses on building Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbots using tools like ChatGPT and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots, enabling participants to design and create intelligent chatbots for the accounting and finance sector.

Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn to develop custom chatbots which are trained using the data provided by the participants.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

Skybots provides automation solutions for accounting, tax, audit, corporate secretarial, finance and sustainability processes, helping companies in their digital transformation journey. These solutions involve using Robotics Procession Automation (RPA), data analytics and Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT to automate tedious and repetitive processes for companies to successfully achieve significant productivity gains.
