Programme Objective

How do you spot a procurement fraud? It is prudent to look out for "red flags" of procurement fraud in everyday working life. A red flag is an indicator that there may be issues or concerns, but does it mean that a fraud incident has occurred? Can you recognise a red flag when you see one?

Given that fraud occurs at all level, with fraud losses increasing in tandem with the perpetrator level, this short course examines the key ethical dilemma commonly faced by each level of personnel in your organisation. It aims to sharpen your ability to identify key red flags associated with Procurement Fraud through discussions of those warning signs, use of practical examples and case scenarios that you may encounter during the course of your work.
