In his academic role, Christopher is the founder and president of the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) – a global think tank on M&A with a presence and activities in North America, Europe and Asia. IMAA supports individuals and organizations to build and improve their capabilities in M&A and Post Merger Integration. He also is a Professor on Strategy and Finance at various business schools. His articles and books have been published in several languages. He is frequently invited as a speaker to international conferences and has been interviewed or has had his work profiled by Bloomberg, Dow Jones, Financial Times, Reuters, The Economist Intelligence Unit, and the Wall Street Journal. He was featured as “Professor of the Week” at Financial Times.
As a trusted advisor, Christopher supports owners and executive teams on their strategy, M&A as well as building boards. He also assists governments, associations and intergovernmental organizations explore the opportunities and benefits of M&A. In his prior career among other positions, he has led a specialized M&A practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Teh Seng Leong

Seng Leong assists multinationals, private equity and real estate funds, as well as government-linked entities in M&A, valuations, due diligence and infrastructure advisory engagements across Southeast Asia.
Previously, Seng Leong was at Ernst & Young LLP in New York and PT EY Indonesia in Jakarta where he helped many private equity funds, conglomerates and entrepreneurs with their transaction requirements.
Seng Leong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Merit) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a non-practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Sandie Wun
Sandie is Partner, International Tax and Transaction Services at Ernst & Young Solutions LLP in Singapore.
Her experience ranges from tax due diligence to pre- and post-deal tax planning in merger integration and divestitures across locations and industries. She is active in wide-ranging tax structuring and transformation projects that help clients in their cross-border tax issues.
Sandie established the Singapore Tax Desk as part of the EY EMEIA international tax services practice during an assignment in London.
Sandie holds an MBA from Judge Business School at University of Cambridge, UK and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
