Ms Seah Gek Choo brings with her more than 25 years of experience in public accounting in Singapore, with a focus on serving multinational and local companies in the real estate and hospitality industries. She has advised many companies on initial public offerings on the Singapore Exchange and has facilitated external seminars on updates to financial reporting standards and initial public offerings.
Ms Seah is a part of the Deloitte Singapore Real Estate team and is the Talent Leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia.
In addition, she leads the Deloitte Southeast Asia's Boardroom Program, which develops advance thinking and promotes dialogues with key influences, business leaders, corporations and their boards of directors, investors, the accounting profession, academia and government on current and emerging corporate governance issues. She is also the leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia's SheXO Program, which supports the personal and professional development of established, emerging or aspiring women leaders by creating a supportive environment for them to connect, grow and drive change in communities to advance women in leadership.
She is a faculty member of the Deloitte University Asia Pacific and conducts leadership programme for Deloitte leaders in the Asia Pacific region. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a member of ISCA, as well as Fellow Member of CPA Australia.
Prof Lawrence Loh

Prof Lawrence Loh is Director, Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) at NUS Business School, National University of Singapore where he is Professor in Practice of Strategy and Policy.
Prof Loh received a PhD in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His thesis on technology governance was awarded global first prize in the worldwide doctoral competition in the field of management information systems.
At CGS, Prof Loh leads key sustainability reporting initiatives for Asia-Pacific, ASEAN and Singapore. He steers the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index and ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. Prof Loh also heads studies on business integrity and leadership diversity.
Prof Loh has delivered executive development programs in sustainability and ESG for many leading clients and institutions across Asia, ASEAN and Singapore, including financial institutions and financial training entities. Prof Loh is also a regular speaker at professional events in sustainable finance, including ESG, green and impact investments.
Prof Loh was lead consultant for technology manpower studies commissioned by the Singapore government. He was chief facilitator for Singapore’s National Technology Plan and served on the Think Tank for Science and Technology. Prof Loh also consulted for Fortune 500 companies and international organizations in technology and innovation policy.
Prof Loh is a regular commentator on business and policy issues for leading global mediaand has a citation and commentary count of about 600 per year across various media worldwide.
Prof Loh is a winner of the NUS Annual Teaching Excellence Award and the NUS Business School Teaching Excellence Award.

Maria has over ten years of experience in assurance, compliance and advisory work. She now specialises in sustainability and climate change advisory, data governance and other risk advisory services.
Her clients include listed companies, multinational companies and statutory boards. Her experience spans over various industries she also has experience in initial public offering exercises, financial due diligence and forensic accounting engagements.
She also has a background in technical and quality control work, specialising in training development and administration. She has developed and conducted training on topics such as data protection, cybersecurity, audit methodology, quality control, technical software and other soft skills.
Ms Genevieve Chua

Genevieve is the current CEO of leading paper distributor OVOL Singapore and OVOL Malaysia with a network of customers and partner distributors in South East Asia and part of listed Japan Pulp and Paper Co Ltd founded in 1845. Starting out in the industry over 30 years ago since 1990 as the Chief Accountant, she has taken on the roles of CFO, Finance Director, GM, Managing Director and finally as CEO in July 2019 following a major amalgamation of 2 paper distributors in Singapore.
She has also been actively involved since 2010 with the Print and Media Association Singapore, the national representative body of the print industry and is the current Honorary Treasurer and also leading the Sustainability related agenda of the organisation’s Operation and Technology Roadmap for the industry.
Genevieve is also the current First Vice Chair of RSVP – The Organisation of Senior Volunteers which is Singapore's recognised National Centre of Excellence for Senior Volunteerism under the patronage of the President of Singapore and an Institution of Public Character which serves to provide opportunities for seniors to serve the community through purpose driven volunteerism. With her passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle, she also leads a dementia prevention programme for seniors since 2018.
Since May 2021, Genevieve was appointed as an Independent Non Executive Director of Tye Soon Limited, a prominent automotive parts distributor in South East Asia established since 1933. She is also the Audit and Risk Chairperson and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
